About Donna
I began my career in administration and public relations at a Fortune 500 corporation with a focus on speechwriting. From there, I worked as a consultant for an outplacement firm offering services that included resume writing, bios, and interview preparation and provided presentations at various corporations and universities. Later, I worked independently providing online essay-writing programs for high school juniors and seniors. Over the last 30 years, as senior editor and chief editor, I have worked with two MBA consulting companies and one college consulting company and now focus on high school juniors and seniors preparing for college.
Why do I coach?
I coach because my talent and passion is helping my clients make the best possible presentation whether they are giving speeches, applying to colleges, graduate programs, writing essays and statements, or preparing for career interviews. I enjoy building quick rapport, identifying potential, and working toward successful outcomes. For me, it's about experiencing the same joy I have known when my own children were accepted to their dream schools and new and wider worlds opened to them. The benefit of working with a coach is undeniable and pays for itself over and over again in time saved and insights gained. It's difficult to be objective about ourselves and knowledgeable about every aspect of a challenge. Whether you work with me or someone else, you will benefit greatly from working with a coach.
