I help aspiring and current product managers navigate the messy parts of building a product career, from breaking into PM to preparing for interviews, growing into leadership, and figuring out what comes next. My approach is practical and highly personalized. I’ll help you work through the specific challenge in front of you, whether that’s strengthening your product thinking, telling your story, preparing for a high-stakes interview, or making a career decision. I’m also happy to challenge your assumptions and help you spot possibilities you may not have considered. The goal isn’t to give you a formula to follow. It’s to help you develop the judgment, confidence, and clarity to navigate product management on your own.

About Divyanka
I’m a product and technology leader with 15+ years of experience across tech, including senior leadership roles at companies like Meta and Amazon. I’ve worked across product strategy, AI, developer ecosystems, and emerging technology, and I’ve navigated everything from building new products and leading teams to making major career transitions. Along the way, I’ve also pursued a Master’s degree at Harvard, made multiple international moves, changed career directions, and had to make plenty of decisions about what to do next. Those experiences have given me a perspective that spans both sides of the journey: figuring out what you want to pursue and then learning how to get there. I bring curiosity, depth and experience navigating complex decisions to coaching. I like to understand the whole picture rather than jump straight to an answer: where you are today, what you’re trying to build, what’s getting in the way, and what possibilities you may not have considered. At the same time, I care about the person behind the decision, not just the problem to be solved. Whether you’re considering graduate school, preparing for a major career move, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, I want our conversations to give you both clarity and a sense that someone is genuinely in your corner.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people untangle complicated decisions. I’ve benefited from mentors who didn’t simply give me answers, but helped me ask better questions and see possibilities I hadn’t considered. I’ve found that some of the hardest decisions aren’t difficult because we lack information. They’re difficult because there are too many possibilities, too many opinions, and sometimes too much noise in our own heads. I also believe we can sometimes limit ourselves without realizing it. We discount an option because it feels too ambitious, assume a particular path isn’t available to us, or simply don’t know that another path exists. I enjoy helping people step back from those assumptions, explore possibilities they may have overlooked, and see how their existing strengths might open doors they hadn’t considered. I’m not here to tell you what you should do. I want to help you uncover what actually matters to you, understand your strengths and options, challenge assumptions when useful, and make sense of the path in front of you. Whether you’re choosing a Master’s program or navigating a career transition, my hope is that you leave our conversations not just with a plan, but with a better understanding of yourself, a broader sense of what’s possible, and why the path you choose is yours.
