About Dele
I currently work at NBC Sports as a Director, Digital Partnerships & Programming Strategy. Prior to this, I was selected as 1 of 5 cohort participants in my class' Comcast NBCUniversal's Rotational Leadership Program. During the program, we rotate at 4 different function across various parts of the company where we on high-impact projects. Prior to that, my professional background has spanned through technology and media companies in different environments from a Series B startup to multiple Fortune 1000 companies in pre-sales, customer success, and strategy roles. Personally, I'm originally from the Los Angeles area (Van Nuys to be specific) and enjoy all things TV, film, music, sports, and technology!
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because it's important for me to pay forward the lessons and support I received throughout my career to others. I also enjoy helping others solve difficult problems and empowering others to achieve their goals!
