🔵As an executive coach, I believe in creating an environment where meaningful growth can happen through a combination of powerful questions, deep listening, and a touch of humor and play. 🔵I guide clients to dig deeper into their leadership challenges with thought-provoking questions that encourage new perspectives, while actively listening to uncover insights that might otherwise be overlooked. 🔵I also incorporate mindfulness and creativity exercises to help clients tap into their intuition and break free from rigid thinking, allowing for fresh ideas to emerge. One of my favorite techniques is reverse feedback, where clients take on the role of their team members to gain new insights into their leadership style. 🔵I also enjoy exploring leadership challenges through metaphors, helping clients reframe their situations in creative and empowering ways. 🔵Additionally, I set up goal challenges that are both motivating and fun, helping clients stay engaged while working towards their objectives. This mix of reflection, creativity, and play creates a coaching experience that is both transformative and enjoyable.
