About Dayvisson

My journey into tech sales didn’t start with a perfect roadmap. When I first broke into the industry, I knew very little about how the tech ecosystem worked. Like many professionals trying to transition into tech, I had to figure things out along the way, how to position my experience, how to build the right network, and how to communicate my value in a competitive market. That journey eventually led me to roles with organizations like IBM and Microsoft, where I spent years selling enterprise technology and consistently hitting my sales targets. Along the way, I realized something important: the professionals who move fastest in their careers aren’t always the most qualified on paper. They are the ones who know how to position themselves, build the right relationships, and navigate the job market strategically. Over time, colleagues and friends began asking for help with their own transitions into tech sales. I started sharing the same strategies I used, how to build a strong personal brand, how to network with intention, and how to approach the job search like a sales process. The results were powerful. Many of them landed opportunities they once thought were out of reach. Today, through Tech Sales Funnels, I help ambitious sales professionals do the same. My goal is simple: help high-performing sellers gain clarity, build momentum, and land their next best opportunity faster. If you’re ready to take ownership of your career and approach your job search with the same strategy and discipline you bring to selling, I’d be honored to help you on that journey.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it feels like to want more for your career but not always know the exact path to get there. Early in my journey, I had the ambition and work ethic, but I didn’t fully understand how to navigate competitive industries, position my value, or open the right doors. Mentors and leaders along the way helped me see opportunities I couldn’t see on my own, and those moments changed the trajectory of my career. That guidance eventually helped me transition into tech sales and work with organizations like IBM and Microsoft, where I learned how powerful the combination of strategy, positioning, and relationships can be in shaping a career. Today, I coach because I believe many talented professionals stay stuck longer than they need to not because they lack ability, but because they lack a clear roadmap and someone in their corner who understands the game. Helping someone go from uncertainty to clarity, from feeling overlooked to confidently stepping into their next opportunity, is incredibly meaningful to me. When a client lands a role that improves their life, their family’s future, and their confidence, that’s the kind of impact that makes this work worth it. For me, coaching is about helping people unlock doors they didn’t realize were within reach.
