Package Description:

🎯 A precision coaching session designed to sharpen your skills through two back-to-back mock cases and a custom drilling plan for the rest of your prep. Ideal for candidates who have completed 5–25 mock cases so far and want to meaningfully accelerate their progress. If you're still learning the basics or you're more experienced, check out my BEGINNER'S or ADVANCED options! ───────────────────────────────────────── πŸ‘€ WHO THIS IS FOR: You know the basics. You've done enough cases to feel comfortable with the format. You know some key frameworks (if not, you'll get my proprietary top-10 guide), you can do the math, read an exhibit, deliver a recommendation. But you've hit the wall many candidates hit: your structures often feel generic, your math and chart-reading gets messy under pressure, perhaps your recommendations land flat instead of snapping shut. You finish a mock knowing you weren't bad, but also knowing you weren't great. And your practice partners keep giving you the same general feedback, which isn't actually moving you forward. This session was built for that exact moment in your prep. Here's the thesis: practice doesn't make perfect; perfect practice makes perfect. You might be on track to run dozens more mock cases between now and your interviews, but if those reps aren't surgically targeted at your specific failure modes, your growth won't compound. You'll arrive at your interviews having done 30+ practice cases and still not be ready, because the reps were aimed at the wrong things. This session is designed to make sure that doesn't happen to you by: 1) diagnosing with granular precision the specific failure modes that quietly dull your performance β€” patterns that most practice partners don't catch, 2) letting you immediately sharpen those tools in a second, calibrated mock case where the corrections get put to work immediately, and 3) sending you home with a custom drilling plan that makes every one of your remaining reps actually count. ───────────────────────────────────────── πŸ“‹ WHAT WE COVER: --------- PART 1 β€” Diagnostic Mock Case with Live, Section-by-Section Feedback (~30 min) We open with a compressed full mock case, from case prompt through recommendation, designed to surface failure-mode patterns fast through: πŸ”Ή Real-time, granular feedback at every section β€” clarifying questions, structure, math, exhibits, brainstorms, synthesis. The moment a dull tool shows up, we stop and I show you exactly what it looked like, why it signaled "intermediate" instead of "sharp," and what a sharper version would have sounded like using concrete tactics and language you can study, internalize, and practice immediately during our next mock case (see below). Not abstract advice, but the actual words and tactics to use in real time. πŸ”Ή Pattern recognition across phases β€” I'm not just giving feedback section by section; I'm mentally tagging the patterns that repeat across phases. Is your math leaking the same way every time? Are your "so what" insights consistently generic? Are you taking too much time or not thinking aloud enough in certain places? Most practice partners can't catch these cross-phase patterns. I can. πŸ”Ή What interviewers are actually evaluating β€” and why the answer isn't "whether you get the right answer." You'll learn the 6–8 core dimensions consultants assess (structured thinking, business judgement, case leadership, communication, etc.) and how to nail them all. You'll also receive a Case Performance Scorecard β€” a structured evaluation tool built around those core dimensions that you can use with any coach or practice partner going forward, so your progress is measurable, not just felt. --------- PART 2 β€” Calibrated Full Mock Case (~45 min) Now we put the corrections to work, right away. This second mock is a full, realistic runthrough, but the case I select is deliberately calibrated to the gaps surfaced in your diagnostic. Here's what to expect: πŸ”Ή Full runthrough at interview pace β€” unlike the first mock, I hold feedback until the end so you can practice case flow without interruption, the way a real interview actually feels. This is where you find out whether the corrections from your diagnostic actually took. πŸ”Ή Calibrated difficulty in your specific areas for development β€” the case isn't generically "intermediate;" it's targeted at you. If math was an issue during mock #1, expect this one to be more math-heavy. If structuring was the gap, expect a prompt that will push you to crisply organize your thoughts. If exhibit reads were dull, expect layered charts with non-obvious insights. πŸ”Ή Detailed end-of-case feedback β€” at the close, I walk you through the entire case section by section with specific, actionable feedback: what improved between mocks #1 and #2, what still needs sharpening, and examples of what "great sounds like" at each turn. You'll get the kind of high-resolution feedback that actually moves the needle for your performance. --------- PART 3 β€” Your Custom Drilling Plan (~15 min) This is the deliverable you can live with for the rest of your prep. We step out of case mode and build it together. πŸ”Ή Named failure modes, prioritized β€” across both mocks, I'll name the 2–3 specific failure modes that are dulling your performance most. Not vague feedback like "tighten your structure" β€” specific, granular patterns like "your structure consistently has one branch that's a level deeper than the others, which makes it sound disorganized" or "you share the result of your math but you don't articulate the setup nor the calculations, which costs you trust." πŸ”Ή Targeted at-home drills for each β€” for each prioritized failure mode, I'll assign specific drills you can run on your own time, in parallel with continued mock case practice, over the next several weeks. These are short, focused, repeatable drills designed to sharpen one section at a time without requiring a full mock partner. πŸ”Ή Integration with continued mock practice β€” we'll talk through how to weave the drills into your weekly prep cadence, how to know when a given tool is sharp enough to move on, and what to watch for in your next several mocks to confirm your reps are actually compounding. ───────────────────────────────────────── πŸ’‘ A NOTE ON APPROACH: At this stage of your prep, the thing standing between you and interview readiness is almost never a missing skill β€” it's the absence of high-resolution, granular feedback aimed at your actual failure modes. Most practice partners give the same general feedback to every candidate: "your structure was clear, your math was fine." That feedback feels good, but it doesn't sharpen anything. You can run dozens more mocks and still arrive at your interviews with dull, unsharpened tools that won't help you stand out. This session does the opposite β€” you'll get specific, candid, and at times uncomfortable feedback on the exact things that are quietly holding you back, paired with actionable advice for how to sharpen your skills. The goal isn't to make you feel good about a passable answer. It's to make sure that every rep you do going forward is aimed at the right target. By the end of our 90 minutes together, you'll have a granular diagnosis of your specific failure modes, the felt experience of those tools getting sharper inside a single session, and a custom drilling plan that turns your remaining mock cases into compounding progress instead of repeated reps.
