A deep, line-by-line review of your resume — the same lens I use as a hiring leader and Kellogg admissions interviewer, applied to your actual document. You'll send me your current resume plus 2-3 sentences on your goal (target PM role, promotion, or MBA programs). I'll then spend a dedicated hour reviewing and marking it up, covering: 1. Positioning: Does your resume tell the right story for your specific target? PM resumes, promotion cases, and MBA applications are read differently — I'll tailor feedback to yours. 2. Impact: Rewriting weak bullets to lead with outcomes, with specific before/after examples so you can apply the pattern everywhere. 3. Signal vs. noise: What to cut, what to expand, and what's missing that reviewers expect to see. 4. Formatting and scannability: The 6-second first pass is real. I'll flag anything that costs you attention.
