About Curtis

Hi there! Coming from a T50 public university, I knew from day one that my ambitions didn't end with just my undergrad business degree; I had my sights set on an MBA. Throughout the past four years, I've immersed myself in technology, marketing, and business development, exploring different paths as I work toward finding where I want to make my mark. But throughout my constantly-shifting career interests, one constant remained prevalent: the power of mentorship. From being a mentee my freshman year to leading development programs as a mentor, these experiences became the most meaningful part of my college experience. This theme of community-driven, collective growth is the cornerstone of my story and what I believe set me apart in my acceptances to HBS, Wharton, and other top MBA programs. While I plan to spend my MBA narrowing in on my own long-term path, I know mentorship will always be at the heart of what I do.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I've been supported every step of the way throughout my life. From older peers helping me improve my rhythmic accuracy on the violin to similarly-aged peers introducing me to program management, many of my core accomplishments can be attributed to my strong support system, and I'm eager to pay it forward through accessible and affordable MBA coaching.
