Hi, I'm Cristian! I’m a coach with extensive experience in the consulting space. I graduated from the University of Oxford and spent over 4 years at McKinsey, working across 8 countries and 9 industries, on engagements as diverse as gold mining in Papua New Guinea to pricing chemicals in Germany. During this time, I developed my consulting and coaching toolkit, being ranked in the top quartile of firm consultants for 5 consecutive evaluations. I also had the opportunity to act as faculty at McKinsey new joiner trainings and coach junior colleagues. Afterwards, I started pathtoconsulting and coached 400 clients across 50 geographies in >1400 sessions, across generalist and specialist tracks at varying levels of seniority. Effectively, my coaching approach has three dimensions: 1. Holistic approach - I focus not only on improving case mechanics, but also provide feedback on your delivery, presence, and give you suggestions on priming yourself for the interview. I will be your supporter throughout the process, encouraging you and challenging you as needed. 2.
