About
Balancing a demanding career in financial services during an era when it was particularly challenging for working parents to advance was not easy — yet I excelled, rising through the ranks to become CFO and Managing Director at multiple organizations, including public companies and major asset management firms. This experience taught me the importance of resilience, time management, clear communication, and collaborative leadership. My professional journey includes supporting high-profile IPOs at PwC, serving as Managing Director at BlackRock, Global CFO – Emerging Markets at AIG Capital Partners (where I led the AIG Investments sale and PineBridge carve-out), and as CFO, President, and Chief M&A Officer at Aditxt, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADTX). I have led $1.9B+ in capital raises, complex M&A and carve-outs, ongoing SEC compliance, system implementations (NetSuite, Investran), and finance transformations while building and mentoring high-performing teams. Today, I bring this real-world experience to my coaching. I am passionate about helping accountants, finance professionals, and working parents at every stage — from those just starting out to those aiming for CFO and executive roles — navigate challenges and achieve their full potential. I am a proud mother of two sons and have been happily married for over 30 years to my husband, whom I met when I was 25. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying family time and boating on Long Island.

Why do I coach?
Coaching matters deeply to me because I have personally benefited from exceptional mentors and coaches throughout my career — and I’ve seen how the right guidance can transform trajectories. I was the first in my family to pursue the Private Equity and broader finance path. I earned my MBA early, then balanced raising two young sons while advancing in the demanding world of financial services and breaking into senior leadership roles. Mentors helped me navigate those challenges, build confidence, refine my leadership, and rise to CFO and Managing Director positions across public companies and major firms. These experiences taught me that success is rarely solo — it’s accelerated by strategic support, accountability, and someone in your corner who has “been there.” That’s why I coach: to pay it forward. I love helping accountants, finance professionals, and working parents move from “just getting by” to thriving — whether you’re early in your career, stepping into leadership, navigating SEC/compliance complexities, implementing systems, or preparing for your next big transition. Together, we’ll turn obstacles into opportunities and unlock your full potential.
