Three sessions, and the agenda is built around what's actually true for you right now, not a fixed curriculum. Some leaders come in needing to name their next move: the role they want, the case for it, how to position for a pivot they haven't said out loud yet. Others come in stuck on how they're being read: a personal brand or LinkedIn presence that undersells them, a pattern of playing it safe that keeps costing them visibility, or the political dynamics of a room they haven't learned to navigate yet. We spend each session on whichever of those is live for you: sharpening how you communicate and show up, building self-advocacy and positioning that actually lands, or mapping a strategic career plan instead of reacting to whatever comes next. You leave with a specific next move you can act on, not a list of things to think about later. This is fast-track coaching: direct, practical, and built around your real situation instead of a generic framework.

Direct and practical, not a fixed curriculum: each call is built around what's actually in your way that week. You'll move fastest if you come prepared and apply what surfaces before the next session. I bring frameworks, tools, and feedback, and I say the direct thing, not the comfortable one.
Each session lasts 45 minutes. Cancellations or no-shows inside a 24-hour window are counted as consumed and are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
