Colin Weidmann is a Stanford GSB MBA graduate, former U.S. Army Green Beret, and current Chief of Staff at a private equity-backed healthcare company. Before business school, Colin spent 11 years as a Special Forces Officer, leading high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments across the globe. He successfully earned admission to Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School, and Wharton, giving him firsthand insight into what elite programs seek and how military leadership can be translated into compelling business school narratives. After the GSB, he joined Shore Capital Partners’ CXO program, where he now drives strategic initiatives, M&A diligence, and operational transformation in healthcare.
