About Clarysse
Originally from France, with a background in Engineering, I went to the US to get my MBA. I was accepted at Berkeley with a half-tuition scholarship, and ultimately went to USC, as my passion - surfing - pushed me to live in LA. As an international student, I thought consulting would be a great path for a career in the US. After some time at PwC in M&A advisory, I joined McKinsey where I am now an Engagement Manager. I have 2 kids. I am the living proof that you can chase your dreams, while staying true to yourself and living your passion.
Why do I coach?
One conversation can change a life. Sometimes, all it takes for you to be motivated, is someone sharing their thoughts and experiences. I would not be where I am today without mentors and coaches helping me along the way. I love developing people and empowering them to go for their dreams :) I have coached 50+ people for MBB offers, MBA applications, GMAT classes, promotion guidance, and broad career guidance.
