Chris Cameron

Chris is a former McKinsey consultant, Stanford PhD, and current Strategy & Operations leader at Scale AI, where he manages one of the company’s largest GenAI client relationships. He has built and scaled operations across early-stage startups and high-growth tech companies, driving impact through structured problem solving, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. At Google X’s carbon capture moonshot, he worked directly with the CEO, CCO, and CTO to lead engineering execution, shape investor strategy, and close over $50M in commercial deals. Chris also brings a deep passion for coaching. He has mentored hundreds of individuals — particularly those from STEM and technical backgrounds — into top firms like McKinsey, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs, helping them translate their skills into high-impact business roles.
