About Cesar
I left Venezuela in 2016 during the political crisis, when I barely spoke English and had no idea what came next. Since then I've worked across strategy consulting, software engineering, AI platform product management, and AI ethics research, at places like Salesforce, Yahoo, HCL, and Visa, where I'm now building agentic AI systems. I speak six languages, and that habit of moving between worlds, technical and non-technical, one language and the next, has become the thread running through my career. I'm a deferred MBA admit to UC Berkeley Haas. I coach two things I actually live every day: 1. Agentic AI & MCP product work. I recently helped build a tool that cut a 40 minute process down to 2 minutes. 2. Deferred MBA admissions. I've been through it myself: the essays, the interviews, the long wait. Beyond my work, I've also been exploring how stablecoins could help people in hyperinflationary economies, like the one I grew up in, access the global economy. I'd love to help you figure out your AI product work or tell your MBA story well.
Why do I coach?
When I moved to the US in 2016, I didn't have anyone showing me how any of it worked, the language, the systems, the unwritten rules of school and career here. I figured most of it out the slow way, on my own. Since then, mentoring has become a constant in my life: TA-ing and mentoring 15+ students at UT Austin, running AI literacy workshops as a Claude Builder Ambassador, leading interns through real projects. I coach because I know what it's like to be capable but directionless, and how much faster things move once someone hands you the map instead of making you draw it yourself.
