Why do I coach?
I come from an immigrant family where navigating the college application process was new not just for me, but also for those who supported me. I understand what it's like to need extra guidance on such an intricate and unusual system. At my high school, I was trained much more to write research papers and less about myself or about writing creatively. Having been through several application cycles now from undergrad to Master's to PhD, I have a deep understanding of how to highlight your exceptionalism while still coming of genuine.
