Skilled in identifying opportunities for new products, as well as optimizing existing ones for improved performance. Achievements include successfully leading a 14-country migration to a new job-candidate quality benchmark and improving job application rates in the US by 30% in just two months. SimplyNurses - July '21 - Nov '22 I led the development of a connection-first job marketplace for nursing professionals, delivering a fully functional MVP on iOS within five months and expanding to Android and desktop platforms within the following two months. I also crafted a two-year vision and roadmap for all stakeholders and teams, coordinated with over 40 cross-functional team members, and obtained 8,000+ installs via social media campaigns. Co-Founder, CTO

As the founder of a virtual startup incubator, I launched and managed a 6-week program designed to help Gen Z founders grow their businesses. I spearheaded the social media marketing efforts to attract 100+ startup applications and secured 30+ investors to attend our virtual Pitch Day. Through partnerships with global accelerators and curated guest speakers, we provided founders with invaluable resources on fundraising, GTM strategies, and product market fit. I also coached startup founders through pivots and provided guidance that led to venture capital funding and $15k+ in startup grants.

APM

As the Technical A. Product Manager, I played a pivotal role in the development of a React and Ionic-based telehealth transportation mobile app. I developed 25% of the frontend functionality and created the product roadmap for the development team, fostering alignment across engineering, design, and lead PO. By benchmarking MVP design against competing products, I influenced the lead PO to adopt several of my recommended changes. I managed the Kanban board, product documentation, and daily scrum meeting for the core dev team of 4, ensuring smooth progress and successful delivery.

Machine Learning Engineer

·Created a React.js website to enable real-time user interaction with a ML model for similar asset detection. ·Oversaw and performed 90% of data cleansing on over 15,000 items to accelerate data analysis and utilization. ·Integrated several JavaScript libraries and a BentoML API into final prototype for added functionality. ·Demonstrated fully functional product to Etsy's CEO, CTO, and Data Science & ML department heads.
