Welcome to my profile! I have over 25 years of leadership coaching and strategic HR experience and have worked with leaders across the technology and gaming industries in over 20 different countries. I am known for my empathetic coaching style, which creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their leadership potential and progress toward their goals. As a trusted advisor to leaders, I have successfully guided leaders through the process of navigating major market and talent shifts as well as driving major cultural changes that deliver business value. In addition to coaching, I am an advocate for diversity in leadership, regularly contributing to thought leadership in the field and volunteering my time to mentor and support emerging leaders from underrepresented backgrounds.
Why do I coach?
Working in the Silicon Valley at some of the top tech companies and then switching to the gaming industry I built a successful career coaching leaders across the globe. Helping leaders create high performing teams is a passion I have and I continue this in my leadership coaching work. Personally, I hit a crossroads a couple of years ago. I was at a company I loved with an amazing team around me - why was I so unhappy? It felt so selfish with so much privilege to feel this way. This started my own journey with coaching that changed my life. I was so lucky to have a master coach and dear friend in my orbit at this moment. He jokingly said it feels like you need a coach and offered up his help. I had been coaching executives for years but never thought to find one for myself. The coaching journey allowed me to dream again, find my passions and peel back the onion on destructive work habits, perfectionism and sacrificing myself for others to a fault. Some would call it a mid life crisis but I call it re-inventing how I wanted to live my life. Now I want to give back to others this incredible partnership to help them navigate what ever obstacles are getting in the way of their dreams. I see it as a true calling and I could not experience more joy when partnering with others to help them find the right path forward.
