Brandon’s Management Consulting Qualifications
Experience level: Consultant
Brandon has helped clients get into these companies:
I help candidates break into top management consulting firms by coaching on recruiting strategy, resumes, networking, behavioral interviews, and case interviews. At BCG, I led Cornell MBA intern recruiting, coordinated with 24 U.S. offices, and personally vetted 93 candidates. That experience gave me firsthand insight into how top consulting firms evaluate applicants, what separates strong candidates from average ones, and where qualified candidates often fall short during recruiting or interviews. My own path into consulting was nontraditional. Before earning my MBA with distinction from Cornell, I worked in construction project management and later joined Deloitte as a Summer Associate before moving to BCG. At BCG, my client work spanned growth strategy, financial transformation, analytics, automation, and enterprise transformation. I use experience from both sides of the recruiting process to help candidates position themselves effectively, prepare deliberately, and compete for offers at BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, EY-P / EY, Strategy& / PwC, Accenture, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Kearney, and other leading or boutique consulting firms. If you're looking to break into management consulting, let's connect and craft a plan to achieve your career goals.

About Brandon
My path to consulting was not traditional. I started in construction and project management, earned my MBA from Cornell, and went on to work at Deloitte and BCG. At BCG, I also helped lead Cornell MBA recruiting and supported candidates through practice cases, recruiting events, and interview prep. Now I help others break into top consulting firms with practical, candid coaching from someone who has been through the process from both sides. If you’re targeting a top consulting firm, especially from a nontraditional background, I’d love to help you make the jump.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how much the right guidance can change someone's trajectory. I have learned a lot through mentors, mistakes, and figuring things out the hard way. I want to shorten that learning curve for others. I have chased some big goals in my own life, and I know firsthand that hard work matters, but so does asking for help. I want my clients to dream big and put in the work to get there. I care about helping people see more in themselves, make better decisions, and feel like they have someone genuinely in their corner.
