Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

Experienced CFO, investor, and entrepreneurial leader with a track record of success as a venture investor, business builder, fund-raiser and finance executive. While I continue to invest in venture capital, I developed my coaching practice in 2020 and since then have helped dozens of executives and entrepreneurs upskill, raise capital, find new opportunities, and excel in the new positions. I have done this work across industries, but most of my clients are entrepreneurs in tech/biotech, investment professionals in private equity/venture capital, or in real estate. I started my career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney (now Citi) before getting my MBA at Harvard Business School. I spent several years in private equity and venture capital at Warburg Pincus before moving into public equity investing at hedge funds, including my own for several years. Most recently I pivoted back to venture capital with a new firm, 3Spoke Capital, and spent two years as the CFO of a new AI/medtech venture, PreciseDx, for which I raised over $20MM in a Series B. All the while I was active in the recruitment, training, and management of high performance teams.
