This package gives you a step-by-step, high-touch strategy for managing the MBA recommendation process with clarity, confidence, and structure, so your letters speak powerfully to who you are and elevate your entire application. We’ll work together to: - Identify the right recommenders (if you’re still deciding) - Develop a personalized “Recommender Strategy Packet” for each recommender, including: your key stories and clear guidance for how to answer each school’s questions - Provide templates for outreach, including: how to ask for a recommendation in a compelling way, how to structure your follow-ups and timeline You'll walk away with two complete recommendation packets, ready to send to your recommenders, plus the confidence that you’re setting them (and yourself) up for success.

For the best results, I recommend upgrading to a 2–4 session coaching bundle, which includes: 1. Intro Session (45 min) We’ll walk through your goals, school list, and recommender dynamics. I’ll guide you on how to identify the right stories and map them to key leadership traits. 2. Review + Deep Dive Session (60 min-120 min) After you draft your story bullets, we’ll meet to refine your content, strengthen framing, and ensure your packets tell a cohesive, authentic story. 3. Final Format & Outreach Session (30–45 min) We’ll finalize the packet structure, polish tone and language, and prep your recommender outreach emails. You’ll leave with everything ready to send. Welcome to my profile, and thanks for being here on this important path you’ve embarked on - MBA applications! I am a Harvard Business School Class of 2025 graduate, and I’m excited to help others navigate this journey. My own path to business school was anything but traditional: I moved to the U.S. from Turkey to attend the University of Chicago. Unlike most business school applicants, I left consulting within a year and joined a small startup that later went public. I was fortunate to be admitted to both MIT Sloan with a scholarship and HBS, and can confidently say I know how to package a unique background into a compelling application. I’m especially passionate about helping nontraditional and international candidates stand out. I speak Turkish and love supporting Turkish applicants in particular.
