About Aybike

I help finance professionals and non-technical business teams become genuinely effective with AI — not just aware of it, but able to use it to do real work. I come from finance myself, and I've led AI adoption from the ground up, taking one organization from a single AI use case to more than 60 in a year. I know what it takes to go from "AI-curious" to being the person people come to for AI. I'll help you build practical AI skills, spot the high-value use cases in your own role, and create real solutions with automations and agents. Whether you want to bring AI into your finance work, become the AI champion at your company, move into an AI enablement role, or prep for a certification like the AWS AI Practitioner, we'll build a practical roadmap focused on the skills that actually create impact.

Why do I coach?

I believe AI is changing the way we work, and adapting to this change starts with understanding the basics and learning how to apply AI effectively. Coming from a finance background, I understand the uncertainty many professionals feel when facing new technology. My goal is to help people build confidence, develop practical AI skills, and discover how AI can create value in their everyday work.

Part of a 5-person Finance AI team driving AI and automation adoption across Prosus Finance and its portfolio companies. - Run hands-on workshops for ﬁnance professionals with no technical background - participants leave with a working automation or AI agent built during the session. - Serve as the central point of contact for AI SPOCs across ﬁnance teams, gathering feedback, removing blockers and scaling solutions. - Design and build AI-driven automations and agents - using vibe coding and tools including Google Apps Script - to improve efﬁciency across ﬁnance workﬂows.

Appointed as a single point of contact for AI adoption within a 30-person Corporate Finance team - the result of winning an internal AI competition as one of only 2 ﬁnalists across multiple business units. - Facilitated bi-weekly sessions and 1:1 coaching to help ﬁnance colleagues discover AI and automation tools relevant to their actual daily work. - Grew team AI adoption from 1 use case to 60+ in one year - with colleagues building their own automations and AI agents independently by year end. - Acted as liaison between Corporate Finance and the central AI/Data team, aligning tools, initiatives and priorities. - Identiﬁed and implemented AI and automation opportunities to improve efﬁciency across ﬁnance workﬂows. - Reported adoption progress, key initiatives, and transformation outcomes to senior leadership, including CFO-level reporting.
