With nearly four years at McKinsey & Company, where I advanced from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager, I know firsthand what it takes to break into and thrive in management consulting. I've led high-stakes engagements across semiconductor manufacturing, defense, and global electronics, delivering results like 55% throughput increases and $20M+ profit improvements for Fortune 500 clients. But what I'm most passionate about is helping others get there: I co-led McKinsey's recruiting efforts for Stanford undergraduates, coached early-tenure consultants on technical skills and problem-solving, and ran leadership trainings with executives ranging from SVPs to Directors.
