Coaching is a passion of mine, deeply inspired by the transformative mentorship I received early in my career. A Bain manager guided me through the MBB application process, teaching me the power of structured problem-solving and strategic communication. His support was pivotal in helping me overcome setbacks, eventually leading me to secure an offer from Bain and launch my strategy consulting career. That experience was life-changing, and it sparked my mission to help others achieve similar success. Now, as a coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 200 ambitious professionals to secure offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and other top consulting firms. Each success story is unique, like a recent client "Tanay" who faced repeated rejections and was close to giving up on his MBB aspirations. Through targeted, intensive one-on-one sessions, we worked together to refine his analytical approach, strengthen his communication, and build collaborative problem-solving skills. His transformation culminated in an offer from McKinsey—one of many rewarding outcomes I’ve witnessed.
