Why do I coach?

Hello! I am a seasoned Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a passion for client empowerment and success. I have guided over 1,500 clients, providing personalized plans to ensure progress. Over the years I have spent thousands of hours researching, consulting, and training with medical and naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, herbalists, and biological dentists to learn how to identify patterns and support the body's innate healing. My own complex health journey has given me a greater empathy for and a stronger commitment to my clients. I have also spent time mentoring new health coaches, sharing insights and providing feedback to enhance their development. I meet with clients to review health histories and interpret test results. I then provide detailed notes summarizing our visit and plans moving forward. As a part of onboarding experience for new health coaches, I have them shadow my coaching and then I meet with them to answer questions and submit feedback. On occasion, I work with the owner on health coach development and hiring decisions.
