About Arjun

For almost two decades as a Business Consultant and Executive Communication Coach, I have bridged gaps, solved conflicts, connected to their best selves so they can find their voice, grown vibrant teams as well as impactful organizations. From small family businesses to buzzing startups and global conglomerates, I've worked with them all from every industry - Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consulting and of course, Silicon Valley's best and brightest tech companies Currently teaching at SJSU and working also with Stanford's GSB, my journey began in India where I spent my formative years on the debate stage, captaining my school and college teams both there and later in college in the US too. Since then have spent more than half my life in the US, my new home. Additionally, you'll find me helming the health nonprofit AAWP as their COO, helping promote health and wellness programming nationwide. I’ve been fortunate to travel to many countries and meet even more varied people of different cultures - teaching cultural communication is part of my work, so I help people understand each other and get on the same page. I come from 20 years in academia, teaching the best and brightest both in undergrad as well as MBA, but also the most at-risk students, gaining an appreciation for the patience needed to impart learning to those who need it most. My academic background balances with over a decade and a half of working with corporate executives - I am fascinated by business problems and finding solutions. Perfectly comfortable reading financials and P&L statements alongside communication briefs. My goal is to help people realize their dreams with practical solutions, but those solutions are grounded in sound communication and leadership research. In closing - I bring empathy to my work but also instilling the courage needed to navigate unforgiving work environments and life at large.
