With 10+ years of product experience at Lyft, Booking.com/KAYAK, and BetterUp, I specialize in product management with a focus on growth and AI. In my recent roles, I led large cross-functional teams to build 0-1 consumer and enterprise-facing AI/ML experiences. Earlier in my career, I was responsible for user growth and conversion for a $x00m+ vertical and orchestrated large-scale international product expansion. I enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguous problems. Being strategic and scrappy at the same time is a superpower. Lyft's Transit, Bikes, and Scooters (TBS) division operates the largest micro mobility sector in North America and is a leading bikeshare provider supplying solutions to over 53 markets across 15 countries. As Sr PM for Dispatch & Automation, I owned the product strategy and multi-disciplinary roadmap for the workforce and fleet dispatch platform (Operations ML SaaS). I led 0-1 initiatives such as creating an asset recovery solution including task prioritization and routing, which had a major bottom line impact. I also led various automation and workflow improvements by conducting deep dive user research at nationwide depots/warehouses and developing algo improvements with our data scientists. Our team aims to expand public access to transportation by building the tools and algorithmic marketplace models that ensure our bikes and scooters are available where our riders need them, when they need them, while minimizing the cost to deliver service.

I served on the TA team for CIT591 Introduction to Software Development (Python & Java) in multiple semesters. When I was not coding or teaching, I was a freelance advisor for startups and expert networks in the travel and mobility space.
