About Anushka
Hello! I am Anushka, INSEAD MBA, ex-Bain in London in Private Equity practice, ex-PwC in Mumbai. At Bain, I have been on the other side, interviewing (both case and fit interviews) fresh Bschool grads as well as experienced professions for Consultant and Manager roles. I also conduct peer interviews for INSEAD admissions. Love to share my experience in cracking MBB interviews & BSchool admissions, tips and tricks and frameworks that worked for me!
Why do I coach?
My LinkedIn inbox was usually cluttered with folks requesting time to understand either MBA admissions or MBB offers. And I tried to respond to most though it's been hard to keep up. However, I found that the time that I spent chatting with these aspirants made me feel very fulfilled. That's how I uncovered the love for coaching. I think it enriches me as much as it enriches the mentee/candidate.
