Why do I coach?

I believe in Pay It Forward, a mindset that I picked up at Chicago Booth, where I studied, and it's stuck with me ever since. Figuring out my path to college & career hasn't always been smooth sailing. I came from a humble upbringing, my mother was a teacher, and we didn't have much, but she instilled in me the value of hard work and education. As a kid, I struggled to find mentors who could show me the way. It was a few family members who stepped up and helped me get to where I am today, and I've never forgotten what that meant. Since then, I've had countless coaches in my corner, and with their help, I've hit my stride and am now achieving things I once only dreamed of. Their guidance has helped me land multiple offers at companies like Uber, McKinsey, Wayfair, and Google, and reach final rounds at many more. Along the way, I've developed my own framework for how to excel in these interviews, the one I now use to help others do the same.
