Ankur has helped clients get into these companies:

Hi, I'm Ankur, an Associate Product Manager at Google. Over the last year, as a recent graduate from BITS Pilani, I have navigated the product management hiring journey myself to get selected as 1 of the 2 APMs from India at Google this year. I believe I would be able to bring out the current landscape for folks trying to get into product roles right out of university, or those looking to make their first mark in this space. While product hiring for undergrads could seem challenging, starting early and focusing on the right things make the process much smoother. I believe great recruiting outcomes come from preparation, iteration, and strong decision-making. My goal is to help you focus on the right things, avoid common mistakes, and move through the process more efficiently.

Why do I coach?

Interviews and applications are storytelling, and storytelling is what I love most. I loved the introspection and reflection that went through the preparation for interviewing - finding the narrative thread in a product, a strategy, or a person, then shaping it into something compelling. My own path to Wharton and Google APM was full of confusion. I didn't know anyone in these spaces, but I did have people who believed in me and gave me the bits and pieces that I used to navigate the applications and interviews. I want to be that person for others: learning from my own rejections and learnings I have gone through over the years, I hope to show you what actually matters, especially in a landscape this competitive. Most of the time, what you need is already there. My job is to help pull it out, build a plan around it, and work backwards from your goal until it happens.
