I’m a Professional Certified Executive Leadership Coach with over 20 years of corporate experience and 10+ years coaching senior leaders across global organizations. Why do I coach?

I became a coach because I’m deeply passionate about helping people grow and realize their full potential. Through my experience, I’ve seen how challenging it can be to navigate a succesful career while also trying to build a meaningful, balanced life. At Echelon Coaching, my goal is to guide individuals not just toward success, but also toward sustainable success that is grounded in purpose, aligned with their values, and supported by committed action.
