Description

Most people prepare for sales interviews by rehearsing answers. That is not really what gets scored in an interview. A SaaS sales loop is testing whether you can sell live, under pressure, to someone looking for reasons to say no. This package gets you ready for every round of a real process before you walk into it. Five core sessions cover the ground every sales interview covers. Two flex hours go wherever your actual process needs them. The five core sessions Tell me about yourself, and why sales. These two get asked in every interview you will ever sit in, and they set the tone for everything after. We build both from scratch, as outlines rather than scripts, and run them live until they land inside 90 seconds. Why this company, and why you. The first is the easiest question to win and the one most candidates lose, because clearing the bar takes about forty minutes of real research. The second is the close, and it is where good candidates talk themselves back down. The behavioral round. Building the eight to ten stories that cover what SaaS hiring managers actually score: resilience, coachability, ownership, competitive drive, metrics fluency. Run as a hiring manager round and a discussion. The mock cold call. The round candidates are least prepared for and where the most improvement is available. Full roleplay, recorded, run more than once so you feel the difference inside the session. Your scorecard, and the questions you ask. We open with your written readout from the previous four sessions, then spend the rest on the part almost everyone wastes: what you ask them. Every interview ends with "what questions do you have for me," and for a sales role that is a live test of whether you can run discovery. Your two flex hours You choose, based on what your process actually involves: A final-round asset built with you: a 30-60-90 plan, a mock pitch, or a demo. Only if your loop requires one. A full panel simulation tailored to your target company. A take-home, case study, or written exercise, reviewed together. More cold call or roleplay reps. A debrief after a real interview round, so we adjust before the next one. Offer negotiation, if an offer lands while we are working together. Already in a live process? Then we build the package around it rather than the other way around. Send me the job posting, the exact role and level, and anything you know about the format: who you are meeting, how many rounds, whether there is a mock call or a presentation, what the recruiter told you to expect. With that I can rebuild the session order around your real dates and prep you for that specific loop instead of a generic one. The more situational detail you give me, the more specific I can be. What you keep The Four Guaranteed Questions. Your finished outlines for tell me about yourself, why sales, why this company, and why you, with the framework, the target length, and the failure mode for each. Built with you in sessions one and two, written up and handed back. This is the document you reread in the parking lot. The Questions That Get You Hired. Your own list of five to seven questions per round, built for your target company, plus the reasoning behind each one and the list of questions that quietly cost you points. Your Interview Readiness Scorecard. Delivered in writing after the mock call, covering everything from sessions one through four. Scored across six dimensions, with specific written feedback on what to improve and which two or three areas to focus on first. We walk through it together in session five. Live reps, recorded and scored. Mock interviews, cold call roleplay, and presentation practice. Nearly every SaaS loop makes you perform live at least once, and most candidates do it for the first time in the real thing. You will not. Recordings of every session, so you can hear yourself back. Whatever your flex sessions produce, if they produce an artifact. What you should be able to do when we finish I cannot promise you an offer, because I do not control hiring markets, interview panels, or whether a req gets frozen. What I can tell you is what we work until you can successfully do: Deliver all four core answers from an outline, with no notes, inside their target lengths Get interrupted mid-answer and pick the thread back up without restarting Run a cold call from the opener through discovery to a booked meeting Handle the four brush-offs every prospect uses without either folding or arguing Walk into any round with five to seven prepared questions and follow up on what you hear Name your own weakness, and what you are doing about it, without it costing you If you cannot do one of those by the end, we will keep working on it until you can.

Additional details

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

This runs over two to four weeks, seven hours of live time, and it can compress to a single week if you already have interviews on the calendar. Nothing here takes longer than 30 days. Five of the seven hours are fixed, because there is ground every sales interview covers and skipping it does not work. We spend the first two sessions on the four questions you are guaranteed to be asked. That sounds like a lot of time for four questions, and it is deliberate: those answers get reused in every round, so getting them right early makes everything downstream easier. Session three is behavioral stories run as a hiring manager round. Session four is a live cold call roleplay, recorded and repeated. After that I write up your scorecard, and session five is where we go through it and then build the questions you will ask them. The last two hours are yours to point wherever your real process needs them. If your final round is a 30-60-90 presentation, we build it. If it is a panel, we simulate it. If you have a take-home, we work through it. If an offer lands while we are working together, we spend it on negotiation. I would rather leave that open than sell you preparation for a round you will never sit in. If you already have interviews scheduled, send me the job posting, the role, and whatever you know about the format before we start. I will rebuild the order around your dates. On style: I am specific rather than general, so expect feedback tied to a particular moment in a session rather than broad encouragement. Sessions are recorded so you can hear yourself back, which nearly everyone tells me is the most useful part. And I am a practicing enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce, so what I share reflects what is actually happening in sales interviews right now, not what worked five years ago.

Timeline. Two to four weeks is standard, compressible to one week if your interviews are imminent. All sessions used within 30 days of purchase. If a live process runs long, tell me and I will extend it. Flex hours. Two of the seven are yours to direct, chosen from the menu above. Pick them as we go rather than up front, since what you need usually becomes clear after the first two sessions. Your scorecard. Written up after the mock call in session four and delivered before session five, so you have time to read it. It covers your performance across sessions one through four, not just the cold call. What I need from you. Your resume before session one. If you are already in a process: the job posting, the exact role and level, and any detail about the interview format, including who you are meeting and whether a mock call or presentation is involved. Send it at least 48 hours before the relevant session so I can prepare properly. Between sessions. Plan on one to two hours of your own practice. This package works considerably better when the reps happen, and I can tell within about ninety seconds whether they did. Turnaround. Written feedback, scorecards, and document reviews within 48 business hours. If you have a real interview coming, tell me and it moves to the front. Live interview debriefs get priority. Message me the same day something happens and I will make time within one business day, whether or not we have a session scheduled. Rescheduling. Reschedule with 24 hours notice at no cost. Under 24 hours, or a no-show, counts as a used session. Recording. Sessions are recorded and shared with you only. Confidentiality. Nothing you share leaves our sessions. I do not contact your employer, your target companies, or any recruiter on your behalf. What this is not: Job placement. I do not guarantee interviews, referrals, or offers.

20+ Clients Placed in SaaS Sales | 10+ BDRs Promoted | 10+ Year SaaS AE

I've been in SaaS/tech sales for over 10 years, since graduating from my MBA. I have worked my way up the sales ladder - from making cold calls as a BDR in my first job out of high school to leading multi-million dollar, strategic sales cycles with Fortune 500 executives. What makes me stand out is I am a current, practicing AE working in the trenches every day and face many of the same challenges you do on a day to day basis. My methods and perspectives are fresh, relevant, and battle tested daily. I am currently an enterprise account executive at Salesforce and have consistently achieved an average of 140% quota attainment over my 6 year tenure there with multiple Presidents Club awards. I have helped 20+ individuals land sales roles at Salesforce and other premier SaaS companies. I've also mentored 10+ BDRs and helped them land their first account executive roles! While neither of these achievements are a direct measure of my role, they have been some of the most fulfilling and proud moments of my career. I am looking forward to helping others break into sales, hone their craft, and do what we all joined this field to do - make money!
