About Andrew
A new job changes everything. How someone feels about their future, their family, their options. That's what makes this work worth doing. 2 years ago, I made the move from full-cycle recruiting into data and analytics. I'd spent five years on the hiring side, screening candidates and running behavioral interviews. Then I had to go through the process myself, sitting in high-stakes rooms, proving my value without being the obvious choice. That's where the empathy came from. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two young kids. Between a full-time role at JPMorganChase, building AI skills on the side, and coaching, I've learned how to make real progress when time and energy are limited. That's often the bigger challenge than the resume or LinkedIn itself. 1:1 coaching is where I do my best work. I bring both sides of my experience: the person who's reviewed resumes and made hiring decisions, and the person who had to figure out his own next move. I'm not here to take credit for your success. Why do I coach?
Most people who reach out aren't failing. They're stuck. There's a difference. I coach because I believe a career is something you build, not something that just happens to you. I've been stuck myself, in the middle of a pivot, trying to prove my value in rooms where I wasn't the obvious choice. That part I know firsthand. The best part of this work is watching someone go from stuck and overwhelmed to confident and ready. That's what keeps me in it.
