About Andrea
Hi, I'm Andrea! I'm a Career and Leadership Coach. I have my ACC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I have a Masters of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU. I'm also certified in coaching and personality assessment tools such as Hogan and DISC. As a career and leadership coach, I'm dedicated to driving measurable results and performance improvements. In addition to my coaching, I leverage over a decade of deep expertise in organizational consulting where I also specialize in conducting needs and gap analyses, designing leadership frameworks, communications, and delivering interactive workshops for organizations. As the architect of 50+ global hybrid and remote development programs, I empower organizations to enhance leader effectiveness, foster engagement, and build a strong pipeline of emerging leaders. By cultivating resilience, performance, and wellbeing, my clients have experienced better morale, improved engagement, and growth in their organization. I was awarded the 2024 EZRA Coaching Fellow where I revamped the coaching platform’s Leadership Development framework used by global, enterprise level clients to develop their organizations’ leaders. My research on leadership, coaching, and technology has been published with ICF’s Thought Leadership Institute.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen what’s possible when people are supported not just to perform, but to truly grow and move towards a positive future vision. For much of my career, I worked alongside high-performing leaders and organizations - people who were capable, driven, and successful on paper, yet often stretched thin, disconnected, or unsure how to sustain their momentum. What became clear to me is this: performance without wellbeing isn’t sustainable, and growth without meaning doesn’t last. My coaching sits at the intersection of forward focused leadership, behavior change, and human development. I draw on neuroscience research and evidence-based coaching practices to help clients move from insight to action - not through willpower alone, but through systems, habits, and ways of thinking that actually stick. But coaching, for me, is about more than tools and outcomes. It’s about helping people reconnect to purpose, clarify what matters most, and lead in ways that feel aligned with who they are becoming; not just who they’ve been. It’s about creating space to think, reflect, challenge assumptions, and build the capacity to navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. I coach because I believe work and our careers can be a place of growth, meaning, and balance - not just pressure and productivity. And because when people lead themselves well, they don’t just change their own trajectory, but they positively impact everyone around them. That transformation is what keeps me deeply committed to this work.
