This coaching engagement is designed to support clients in moving From Burnout to Breakthrough—unlocking peace, performance, and purpose through personalized guidance, reflection, and action planning. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentorship. It is a client-driven process focused on self-discovery and goal achievement. 1. Session Logistics - Sessions will be conducted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. - You will receive a link to schedule or reschedule your sessions through an online calendar. - You are encouraged to bring an intention or topic to each session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation - 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling a session. - Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion. - Sessions must be used within the timeframe of the coaching package unless otherwise discussed. 3. Confidentiality Everything shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. The only exceptions to this are: - If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others - If required by Law 4. Commitment & Responsibility - The coach agrees to show up fully, without judgment, and hold space for your growth - The client agrees to engage openly, take responsibility for actions and insights, and communicate openly about needs or concerns. 5. Payment & Refund Policy - Payment is required in full prior to the start of the coaching package (unless otherwise arranged). - Due to the nature of coaching, no refunds are provided once sessions have begun. If a life event arises, the package may be paused and resumed within 90 days. 6. Optional Add-ons - Depending on your package, you may request: - Additional sessions at a discounted rate - Personalized somatic, or energy sessions
