I've seen the most success with clients by starting our partnership with a 1-hour kickoff session, followed by 3 one-hour sessions over 4-6 weeks. Why do I coach?

What inspires me to be a coach is my belief that learning and development should be accessible to everyone. In my educational journey, I have been the beneficiary of various supports such as financial aid, dedicated mentors, and societal belief that I could and would achieve my potential. While I attribute my successes to my support system, those closest to me lacked similar opportunities. My previous experiences as a teacher and current experience as a coach showed me not only the value of empathy as a means to propel change, but also that it takes one person, one conversation, or one question to move you from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow, and I'd love the opportunity to work with you to access that growth through coaching.
