About Alina

I've worked in social impact for 7+ years, primarily in management consulting. Most recently, I worked at the Bridgespan Group for 4+ years, helping nonprofits plan for growth and launch new programs. I also supported hiring processes for interns and served as a coach for individuals interviewing for full-time positions. Casing is a bit of art and science, and I love helping people learn the structure and build their confidence! Now, I work at an education technology company as a product manager, where I help build new products that increase the scale student wellbeing programs.

Why do I coach?

I've benefitted from wonderful coaches and mentors throughout my education and professional career, and I love to give that back to others. I also have worked in companies where I was often the only one from my background. Having someone who helped me feel heard and like I belonged helped me navigate workplace experiences with confidence.
