My comprehensive STEM PhD application package provides expert help with everything from choosing the schools and programs to target, teaching you how to research and reach out to faculty to demonstrate your interest and fit, and structured assistance with all your application materials for up to 6 programs. Directed help with your resume, personal statement, statement of purpose, other essays, and coaching for interviews is all included. Help with funding your studies with university scholarships, research assistantships, and teaching assistantships is also included. Finally, help with international student visas, if applicable, is also part of this package.

We begin with 2-3 meetings to understand each other and gain clarity on goals, preferences, priorities, and special circumstances. After that, much of our work involves exchanging and refining your application documents. I have a structured brainstorming approach with custom worksheets I provide to my clients to facilitate ideation and creation of essay outlines. I'm available to help at every step of the process, from helping my clients network with professors (including arranging introductions with those in my extended network), drafting and polishing their essays, and writing about less-than-stellar grades on their transcripts, to comparing between and even negotiating offers of admission and financial aid.
Document turnaround is usually within 24 hours and almost always within 48 hours (exceptions discussed in advance).
