Description

Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

Coach for early-career professionals looking to advance their career

I have over 10 years of experience spanning startups, strategy consulting, and talent development. I began my career in business development at high-growth startups in New York before joining Bain & Company as a consultant, leading work across private equity, healthcare, and tech. Along the way, I discovered that coaching clients and mentoring junior colleagues was the most energizing part of my work — which led me to transition into Talent Development at Bain. Most recently, I led Bain New York's Associate Consultant Program, overseeing the development and advising of early-career consultants through their first years at the firm. I was also deeply involved in recruiting as an anchor interviewer and internship program lead, giving me a keen understanding of what it takes to break into and thrive in competitive environments. I hold a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. I am passionate about helping early-career professionals get clear on what truly fulfills them — not just in their careers, but across all dimensions of their lives. Whether you're navigating your current role, exploring a transition, or simply asking bigger questions about what makes you happy, I use structured reflection, mindfulness, and analytical frameworks to help you find greater joy, connection, and fulfillment in your life.
