Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can change someone’s path. Early in my career, I was lucky to have great mentors who helped me navigate big transitions — from e-commerce to investment banking, and later through my MBA. Those experiences taught me how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who helps you see your potential more clearly. Coaching, for me, is a way to pay that forward.
