Abhi has helped clients get into these companies:
As a Software Engineer at Google working directly within Google Cloud, I don't just use generative AI, I build the infrastructure that empowers it. My day-to-day involves leveraging tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate development, streamline complex architectures, and automate highly technical workflows. Combined with my business background from the Kellogg Future Leaders program, I possess a rare perspective that bridges the gap between deep technical AI capability and tangible business strategy. Whether you are an engineer looking to 10x your development velocity or a professional aiming to scale your operations, I know exactly how to move past the AI hype. I coach professionals and leaders on how to select the right models, architect efficient workflows, and implement AI tools to drive measurable productivity and real-world outcomes. Let’s stop treating AI as a novelty and start using it as your ultimate competitive advantage.

About Abhi
I'm currently a Software Engineer at Google and a future MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management. Growing up, I had a love for math, problem solving, and technology, which naturally led me to the Computer Science field. My journey in this field has been a constant process of learning, with successes and failures along the way. I've learned that these failures are opportunities to redefine my process and get me closer to my goals. Throughout the process, I've gained invaluable lessons such as the skills it takes to succeed, what it takes to stand out, and how to clearly tell your story. Additionally, I've learned the ins-and-outs of the tech industry, gaining unique experience and knowledge that can only be gained by someone who has dipped their feet in the water. On paper, you can see my prior experience at top companies like JPMorgan Chase, Capital One, and Amazon, but there were many setbacks behind the scenes that aren't illuminated. As a coach, I want to provide real and unfiltered advice. Whether you're preparing for interviews, refining your resume, or figuring out your next move, I'll demonstrate what it really takes to land your dream role.
Why do I coach?
Coaching was without a doubt one of the biggest determiners for my success. Earlier in my college career, I was skeptical of the value of coaching and other online resources. However, I've come to understand that there is a lot of knowledge which is uniquely found from such resources. When I wasn't getting the call-backs I wanted to, I had to redefine my process and figure out how to fill-in the gaps. This led me to platforms such as Leland where I could gain that professional mentorship to put the pieces together. As a result of coaching, I was able to see significant improvement in my recruiting prospects. I want to help others whose shoes I was once in and pass forward the lessons I've learned. As a coach, I will be realistic and pragmatic, helping you understand the areas you can grow in and what it takes to achieve your goals.
