My career has covered a lot of ground fast. In the past three years I've worked across a non-profit, a tech startup, a fine art gallery, a water engineering firm, and a solar energy company, and before that I interned in the US Senate. Each transition was intentional, and each one taught me something different about how to get in the door without a traditional background for the role. I know what it takes to tell a story across industries, write a resume that doesn't look like a copy-paste job, and approach outreach in a way that actually gets responses. I've done this enough times that I can spot what's not working quickly and help you fix it.

For over a decade, I've built digital products, concierge services, and AI tooling for job seekers and recruiters in tech -- providing them tech-enabled services and coaching through job search moments and ongoing career + executive progression. I'm now the founder and CEO of Free Agency, supporting talent through job search -- clients have achieved over $400M in job offers since 2019. I've coached startup founders, directors at startups and big tech, early career individuals who now work at OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Notion, Spotify, YouTube, EA, Roblox, to name just a few, as well as hundreds at early stage, venture-backed startups. I went through many weardrobe changes to find what I love doing. I started off at Microsoft on a backend data team - but quickly learned that wasn't it. I used my skills that I learned to move to Slack where I really learned how to be a true product manager. And from there - I've been seeking constant challenges in a space that interstes me: connecting people on the internet. I've been there, and done that and am here to help you navigate your career moves that will make your work life a happy place.

I've spent the past decade building and scaling companies from early-stage through IPO, while coaching professionals at every stage of their careers. My background spans executive leadership, talent strategy, business operations, and neuroscience research, giving me a unique perspective on both how organizations work and how people succeed within them. As a senior leader at companies including Asana, The Trade Desk, and Flow Traders, I've helped build teams, hire and develop leaders, design career frameworks, navigate promotions, compensation, performance management, organizational change, and executive decision-making. I understand how hiring and advancement decisions are actually made because I've been the person making them. Prior to my business career, I conducted neuroscience research at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children's Hospital. Today, I combine that research background with real-world operating experience to help clients think more clearly, make better decisions, and accelerate their careers.
