That's what makes this work worth doing. 2 years ago, I made the move from full-cycle recruiting into data and analytics. I'd spent five years on the hiring side, screening candidates and running behavioral interviews. Then I had to go through the process myself, sitting in high-stakes rooms, proving my value without being the obvious choice. That's where the empathy came from. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two young kids. Between a full-time role at JPMorganChase, building AI skills on the side, and coaching, I've learned how to make real progress when time and energy are limited. That's often the bigger challenge than the resume or LinkedIn itself. 1:1 coaching is where I do my best work.
