Focused Launch: 10-Hour Career Coaching for Pharma and HLS Consulting A focused program for MBA graduates and career switchers moving into healthcare and life sciences consulting or pharma commercial strategy. Over 6–8 weeks, we sharpen your story, rebuild your CV and LinkedIn, and prepare you to perform in interviews. How it works 1. Kickoff and positioning (2 hours): We review your background, goals and current pipeline, then build your career-switcher narrative. You leave with a clear bridge story and a prioritized list of 20–30 target firms and companies. 2. CV and LinkedIn rewrite (2.5 hours): We rewrite both to pass screening tools and impress human readers. We add measurable outcomes and reframe past experience for commercial and strategy roles. You get tailored versions for consulting and for industry. 3. Networking plan (1 hour): Outreach scripts, an alumni and warm-contact strategy, and an informational interview approach that opens doors to hiring teams. 4. Case interview prep (2.5 hours): Pharma case frameworks covering launch, market sizing, pricing and access, and competitive response. We practise structuring answers quickly and clearly, and you get one live mock interview with detailed feedback. 5. Behavioral and fit prep (1.5 hours): We build a bank of 6–8 STAR stories and polished answers to “why consulting, why pharma, why now.” 6. Offer support (0.5 hours): Guidance on comparing offers and negotiating.
