My life and career have spanned 5 continents, 4 degrees, and MNCs, SMEs, educational, and entrepreneurial roles: this mix grants me a unique perspective on professional development and career management. I have 10 years of coaching and career advising for Bachelors, MBA, Masters, and PhD students, specializing in supporting professionals to define their career paths and optimize their job search, application, and interviewing skills. I have a further 10 years in team leadership and business strategy in marketing and sales, integrating personal branding, self-selling, and communicating with audiences in a way that resonates. I employ a GROW coaching model and enjoy developing personalized professional development plans.
