Together, we'll create a statement of work associated with this specific amount of time. We'll co-create goals for the coaching engagement, as well as session-specific goals for each time we meet. Some goals may be big picture for your career and long-term oriented, and some may be pragmatic strategies that can be enacted immediately. Time will be booked according to our mutual availability (typically 1x per week, or 2x per month).
