Bria's presence and demeanor demand excellence, no surprise given her impressive resume. That standard of excellence translates directly into her coaching, making for an exceptional MBA coaching experience where I felt equally pushed to dig deeper into my story and supported throughout the process. Before I began my MBA journey, I had a lackadaisical perspective and did not think I would face as many challenges as I did. I am so fortunate to have worked with Bria during this time. Her thoughtful and introspective approach to essay writing pulled the best work out of me, her organization and insistence on meeting agreed-upon deadlines kept me accountable as I balanced other responsibilities, and her sharp ability to sense any internal doubt I was experiencing and combat it with affirmations and encouragement transformed what began as a coaching relationship into a genuine friendship. She's incredible, and I would recommend her to anyone.
