Alex knows the McKinsey interview process inside and out. If you want someone who understands exactly what McKinsey is evaluating you on at every stage, he's the guy. His feedback on cases is sharp and always framed in a McKinsey-specific context, which made a huge difference in how I approached my interviews. He also helped me refine my PEIs and gave great guidance on the overall recruiting process. I ended up getting a McKinsey offer, and Alex's understanding of what the firm is actually looking for played a big role in that. Highly recommend.

Severin helped me prepare for my first & second-round interview for a VC fund (DACH-focused) and the impact was huge.
