This was my first coaching session here, and Marcia made it fantastic! I really enjoyed connecting and discussing meaningful insights to reach my goals.

I did mock interview prep with Yoshi for the Meta product sense, analytical, and leadership & drive interviews. Yoshi's detailed feedback and support, especially having the perspective of having worked at Meta before, were really valuable! Yoshi was able to give me accurate critiques of areas where I was a pass and areas where I wasn't quite a pass, allowing us to hone in on specific parts of my answers together (i.e. user segmentation) that made our time together effective.

As an undergraduate, I landed full-time roles at Bain and McKinsey. Derek was instrumental in my landing these roles. I worked with many coaches on Leland, and I found Derek to be consistently valuable, improving my casing/behavioral abilities, and committed to my development. Even after I landed both, Derek was there unconditionally to talk me through which offer to accept. He was a pleasure to work with, and I recommend him for anyone looking to break into consulting.
