Jonathan is a phenomenal mentor with plenty of experience. He really enjoys networking and bringing people together. Jonathan helped me through a difficult time in the recruiting process and really improved my progress.

As a first-year medical student interested in plastic surgery, I knew it was important to start early but didn’t know exactly how to do it effectively. Working with Forrest has given me a clear direction from the beginning.   He’s helped me get involved in research, think strategically about building a strong foundation, and understand what it takes to be successful both academically and professionally in medical school. His advice goes beyond just checking boxes. It’s about developing the habits and mindset needed to succeed long-term.   I feel much more confident about my path moving forward and would highly recommend him to any early medical student interested in a competitive specialty.

Belen was my EM for 3 months during a tough project at McK. She was by all means exceptional: she brought a great level of structure and clarity, and consistently guided the team toward the most critical priorities with an 80–20 mindset. Her analytical and conceptual strength were also amazing; she was able to quickly identify core issues and develop appropriate corresponding frameworks. I'd also like to add that beyond her problem-solving skills, Belen was also incredibly supportive as a leader. She created an environment where the team felt guided and empowered, even under pressure. On top of all that, she was genuinely a great person to work with: approachable, thoughtful, and a positive presence throughout the engagement.

Lisa was instrumental in keeping me accountable and writing successful, polished essays. Her unique experience and advice honestly could not be found anywhere else. With her help, I ended up getting into some phenomenal schools such as Harvard, Columbia, and Georgetown!

I did three casing courses with Emma. She really helped a ton cause I was struggling with my framework building and she was able to walk me through her thinking process and taught me the “hidden flow” behind her thoughts. Super helpful experience.
